Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order and will always do our best to help if there’s a problem.

At this time, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing issue, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or refund as long as the issue is reported within 30 days of delivery. In most cases, we only require clear photo proof of the problem rather than asking you to return the item.

Please make sure to keep your receipt or proof of purchase, as this may be needed when processing your request.

Refunds are usually issued back to your Printify account balance and can then be transferred back to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, although your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.

Please note that refunds or replacements cannot be offered for ordering the wrong size or colour, or if you simply change your mind after placing the order. Slight differences in colour caused by screen or monitor settings are also considered normal and are not treated as defects.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you may be responsible for the shipping costs required to resend the package.

If your package is lost during transit, we will work with Printify to arrange either a replacement or a refund where applicable.

When your order arrives, please inspect it carefully and contact us as soon as possible if there are any issues, including damaged items, defects, or receiving the wrong product. We’ll review the situation and do our best to make things right quickly.
